It's been such a long while since I've seen you're work. I'm glad you picked up your "brush" again. I was going to suggest you do it to let out your stress and tension. Even though it's a speed paint, it's still great. :) ...although the title makes me question it. Don't ever let anyone or anything break you. Okay? :D
